摘要
为解决传统抽油泵旋流器结构旋流速度低的问题,考虑固定阀杂物沉积设计抽油泵旋流器结构。通过确定抽油泵旋流器结构原理,考虑固定阀杂物沉积,计算抽油泵旋流器结构参数,通过泵内多级扶正组合的方式,实现抽油泵旋流器结构设计。设计实例分析,结果表明,设计旋流器结构旋流速度明显高于对照组,能够解决传统抽油泵旋流器结构旋流速度低的问题。
In order to solve the problem of low swirl speed of traditional pump swirler structure,the structure of pump swirler is designed considering the deposition of fixed valve sundries.By determining the structure principle of the pump hydrocyclone,considering the deposition of fixed valve debris,calculating the structural parameters of the pump hydrocyclone,the structural design of the pump hydrocyclone is realized by the way of multi-stage centralizing combination in the pump.The results show that the swirl speed of the design hydrocyclone is obviously higher than that of the control group,which can solve the problem of low swirl speed of the traditional pump hydrocyclone.
