摘要
阐述数字化信息时代面对的大数据,合理地收集、挖掘、分析和利用数据,对决策者具有重要的参考价值。以上海浦东图书馆的自动借还书系统"Horizon系统"中的借阅记录和读者信息为基础数据来源,采用数据挖掘方法分析读者的行为模式,从而提升图书馆的价值和服务能力。
This paper expounds the big data faced by the digital information age, and reasonably collects, excavates, analyzes and uses data, which has important reference value for decision-makers. Based on the borrowing records and readers’ information in horizon system of Shanghai Pudong Library, this paper uses data mining method to analyze readers’ behavior patterns, so as to enhance the value and service ability of the library.
