摘要
通过分析炼化一体化企业面临的挑战,结合市场和政策导向提出了炼化企业竞争力提升的基本思路和方向,即通过提升产业规模、产业链适度延伸、蜡渣油深度转化、深度一体化转型等路线全面实现炼化竞争力的提升。在此基础上,结合典型炼化一体化企业实际,以提升烯烃产业规模、调整渣油加工路线、提升芳烃规模为方向进行了规划发展研究,并借助Aspen PIMS模型对各规划路线进行了定量测算。结果表明,规划路线实施后,企业的烯烃和芳烃产业规模提升,汽柴油产量下降,吨油加工利润大幅提高,在实现炼油加工过程清洁化的同时,企业整体竞争力得到明显改善。
This paper puts forward the basic ideas and directions of improving the competitiveness of the integrated refinery and petrochemical companies based on the analysis of the challenges,market and policy.These companies can comprehensively improve their competitiveness by expanding production scale,extending product chain,deep conversion of wax oil and residue,and transformation into deep refining and petrochemical integration.On this basis,combined with the actual situation in a refining and petrochemical company,the planning and development research is carried out in the direction of expanding the scale of olefin products,adjusting the residual oil processing route and upgrading the aromatics products.The quantitative calculation is made with the help of Aspen PIMS model.The results show that after the implementation of the planning route,the scale of olefin and aromatics products in the company is improved,the gasoline and diesel outputs are reduced,and the profit per ton of oil processing is greatly increased.The company's overall competitiveness has significantly improved,while processing oil in a cleaner way.
