加快工业高质量发展是广西参与国际产业分工、培育经济发展新动能、与全国同步实现社会主义现代化的客观要求。尽管广西工业综合实力不断提升,但是也面临产业结构不合理、集中度不高,科技创新能力薄弱和资源环境约束趋紧等制约因素。新时代广西工业将进入一个新挑战、新机遇和新趋势共同作用的关键发展阶段。把握环境变化趋势,通过不断深化资源优势转换,增强科技创新能力,提升服务配套能力,推动要素禀赋改善,加强生态文明建设,实现广西工业高质量发展。
Accelerating high-quality industrial development is an objective requirement for Guangxi to participate in international industrial specialization,foster new drivers of economic development and achieve socialist modernization in step with the rest of the country.Although Guangxi’s comprehensive in⁃dustrial strength keeps improving,it is also faced with such restrictive factors as unreasonable industrial structure,low industrial concentration,weak capacity of scientific and technological innovation and tight⁃ening constraints of resources and environment.In the new era,Guangxi’s industry will enter a key stage of development in which new challenges,new opportunities and new trends co-exist.Efforts should be made to grasp the trend of environmental change by continuously deepening the conversion of resources advantages,enhance scientific and technological innovation,improve supporting services,enhance factor endowment and strengthen ecological conservation so as to achieve high-quality industrial development in Guangxi.
