2010—2018年武汉市某三级甲等医院放射工作人员个人剂量监测结果 被引量:2

Monitoring results of individual dose among radiation workers in a grade-A tertiary hospital of Wuhan City from 2010-2018

摘要 目的分析2010—2018年武汉市某三级甲等医院(三甲医院)放射工作人员个人外照射剂量水平,为放射工作人员防护安全管理提供参考依据。方法选择2010—2018年武汉市某三甲医院纳入监测的全部放射工作人员为调查对象,以热释光法监测放射工作人员个人外照射剂量,对监测数据进行回顾性分析。结果 2010—2018年该院共纳入监测放射工作人员1 242人次,年集体有效剂量456.85人·mSv,人均年有效剂量为0.37 mSv/a,放射工作人员中1 149人次年有效剂量<1 mSv/a,占监测总人次数的92.51%。各年份年均有效剂量比较差异有统计学意义,呈不断下降趋势(P<0.01);不同工种放射工作人员年均有效剂量比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),年均有效剂量最高的为核医学(1.06 mSv/a),其次为介入放射学(0.42 m Sv/a)。结论 2010—2018年武汉市某三甲医院放射工作人员个人剂量水平处于较低水平,应重点关注核医学和介入放射学工作人员的防护。 Objective To analyze the results of individual external dose among radiation workers in a grade-A tertiary hospital of Wuhan City from 2010-2018, provide a reference for the protection and safety management of radiation workers. Methods All the radiation workers in the hospital from 2010-2018 were chosen to measure their individual external exposure by using thermoluminescence detector, and the monitoring data were analyzed retrospectively. Results From 2010-2018, totally 1 242 person-time of radiation workers were monitored in the hospital, the annual collective effective dose was 456.85 person·mSv, and the annual effective dose per capita was 0.37 mSv/a. 1 149 radiation workers had the annual effective dose less than 1 m Sv,accounting for 92.51% of the total number of monitored people. There was statistically significant difference in the annual effective dose between different years, which showed a downward trend(P<0.01). There was statistically significant difference in the annual effective dose per capita among different types of work(P<0.01), and the annual effective dose of nuclear medicine workers was the highest(1.06 mSv/a), followed by the interventional radiology workers(0.42 m Sv/a). Conclusion The individual external dose among radiation workers in a grade-A tertiary hospital of Wuhan City from 2010-2018 is in a low dose level. The radiation protection should be strengthened with the focus on nuclear medicine workers and interventional radiology workers.
