摘要
应用内生转换模型考虑收入对于部门选择的影响,文章对非公共部门和公共部门的收入方程进行估计,估算部门收入差距。实证结果表明,部门间收入差距显著存在,受到一系列人口特征的影响。男性在公共部门能够获得更高的收入,但是对于女性,收入溢价存在于非公共部门。男性的收入差距伴随着学历层次的提高而增加。已婚和拥有户主身份的男性,在非公共部门中更能够获得较高的收入。健康状态和党员身份能够显著增加男性和女性的部门收入差距。
Using the endogenous transformation model to consider the impact of income on sector selection,this paper estimates the income equation of non-public sector and public sector,and estimates the income gap of sector.The empirical results show that the income gap between different sectors exists significantly and is influenced by a series of demographic characteristics.Men can earn more in the public sector,but for women,the premium exists in the non-public sector.The pay gap for men increases at higher levels of education.Men who are married and head of households are more likely to earn higher incomes in the non-public sector.Health status and party membership can significantly increase the sectoral pay gap between men and women.
