摘要
目的采用电热恒温干燥箱消化法测定尿碘含量,并与国标法恒温消解仪消化法比较,为实验室高效率地开展大批量尿碘检测寻找合适的消化方法。方法按照《尿中碘的测定第一部分:砷铈催化分光光度法》WS/T 107.1-2016,收集2020年舒城县疾病预防控制中心地方病防治科送检的学生组和孕妇组尿样,采用2种消化方法检测尿碘。结果电热干燥箱消化法检测尿碘的标准曲线相关系数为0.9993,电热恒温干燥箱法消化检测高、低2种不同浓度的标准物质,检测结果均在不确定度范围内;计算标准物质6次检测结果的RSD(%),结果均小于5%;用1∶1配对t检验分析2种消化方法测定的尿碘结果,差异无统计学意义(t=-0.732,P>0.05)。结论使用电热恒温干燥箱法消化尿碘,其准确度和精密度均较好,基层检测大批量尿碘样本时,可替代国标法中的恒温消解仪消化法。
Objective To detect the iodine content in urine with digestion method of electric thermostatic drying oven,and compared with the digestion method of national standard for constant temperature digestion apparatus,in order to find the appropriate digestion method for efficiently detecting iodine in large samples of urine at laboratory.Methods According to Determination of Iodine in Urine Part 1:Arsenic and Cerium Catalysis Spectrophotometry(WS/T 107.1-2016),the urine samples of students and pregnant women were collected by the Department of Endemic Diseases Control of The Center for Disease Control and Prevention of Shucheng County in 2020 to detect iodine in urine with 2 digestion methods.Results The correlation coefficient of the standard curve was 0.9993 with the digestion method of electric thermostatic drying oven.The standard substances in low and high concentration were detected by the way,with the results with in the uncertainty range.The RSD(%)of the 6 test results of the standard substance was less than 5%.Analyzed with 1∶1 paired t test,the detection results of iodine in urine were of no statistical difference(t=-0.732,P>0.05)between the 2 digestion methods.Conclusions The accuracy and precision of the samples digested with electric thermostatic drying oven method are good,and the way can replace the digestion method of national standard for constant temperature digestion apparatus to detect iodine in large urine samples in grass-roots unit.
