摘要
目的探讨西北地区糖尿病患者生活质量状况及其影响因素,分析其与心理弹性的相关性。方法采用一般情况调查表、糖尿病生活质量量表和心理弹性量表,对2019年9-12月期间352名糖尿病患者进行问卷调查。结果不同年龄、学历、婚姻状况、居住状况、家庭人均月收入和每周运动次数的糖尿病患者的生存质量得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。西北地区糖尿病患者生存质量与心理弹性呈负相关(r=-0.411,P<0.01)。心理弹性、年龄及家庭人均月收入是西北地区糖尿病患者生存质量的影响因素,能联合预测27.1%的总变异(F=44.509,P<0.01)。结论西北地区糖尿病患者生活质量处于中等水平,生活质量与心理弹性呈负相关。需注重心理弹性对糖尿病患者的生存质量的影响,关注糖尿病患者的心理状况,改善西北地区医疗服务质量,提高民众生活水平,以减少疾病负担。
Objective To explore the quality of life and its influencing factors of patients with diabetes in Northwest China,analyze the relationship between quality of life and psychological resilience.Methods There were 352 patients with diabetes who were investigated by general situation questionnaire,diabetes quality of life and Connor-Davidson resilience scale from September to December in 2019.Results There were statistically significant differences in the scores of quality of life among diabetic patients with different ages,education backgrounds,marital status,living status,household incomes per capita and the times of exercise per week(all P<0.05).There was a negative correlation between the quality of life and the resilience of the patients with diabetes in Northwest China(r=-0.411,P<0.01).Psychological resilience,age and family monthly income per capita were the influencing factors of the quality of life of diabetes patients in Northwest China,which could jointly predict 27.1%of the total variation(F=44.509,P<0.01).Conclusion The quality of life of patients with diabetes in Northwest China is at a medium level,and the quality of life is negatively correlated with psychological resilience.It is necessary to pay attention to the influence of psychological resilience on the quality of life of patients with diabetes,as well as the psychological status of diabetic patients,improve the medical service in Northwest China,and enhance the people’s living standards,to reduce the burden of disease.
