摘要
在实际工程中,施工便道上跨既有山岭隧道案例并不常见,其风险可控性也难以把握。本文依托某重载施工便道上跨既有公路、铁路隧道工程,拟定两种施工便道设计方案。为判定设计方案是否可行,通过MIDAS有限元软件进行三维建模,分析两种方案对下卧隧道的受力与变形影响差异,并对隧道衬砌结构进行安全验算,均满足结构截面强度安全系数要求。相比上跨便道采用刚性混凝土板设计形式,采用刚性混凝土板+扩大条形基础方案时隧道衬砌结构受力与变形更小。综合考虑多种因素,推荐采用第二种设计方案。为进一步降低风险,提出控制风险的措施建议。
In actual engineering,it is not common for the construction access road to cross over an existing mountain tunnel,and its risk control is difficult to grasp.This article relied on a heavy-duty construction access road to cross over an existing highway and railway tunnel project.Two types of design schemes for construction access road were proposed.In order to analyze the feasibility of the design schemes,three-dimensional modeling was carried out through the MIDAS finite element software,and the difference in the force and deformation of the two schemes on the underlying tunnel was analyzed,and the safety check calculation of the tunnel lining structure was carried out respectively.All could meet the requirements of the safety factor of the structural section strength.Compared with the design of rigid concrete slab on the upper-span access road,the tunnel lining structure is less stressed and deformed when the rigid concrete slab+expanded strip foundation is adopted.Considering multiple factors,it is recommended to adopt the second design scheme.In order to further reduce risks,corresponding risk measures and suggestions are proposed.
