摘要
目的基于GEPIA2数据库和Oncomine数据库分析ITGA6基因在卵巢癌中的表达及意义。方法检索GEPIA2和Oncomine数据库中关于卵巢癌的数据集,并结合文献资料进行二次综合分析。对比卵巢癌与正常对照组织间ITGA6表达的差异,并利用GEPIA2数据库进行在线生存分析。结果Oncomine数据库中共收集了359项ITGA6在不同癌症与正常组织中表达对比的研究结果,表达差异有统计学意义的有81项,其中50项呈高表达,31项呈低表达。共有7项研究涉及ITGA6在卵巢癌与正常组织中的表达对比,共包括1043个肿瘤样本。与正常对照组相比,卵巢癌中的ITGA6呈显著的高表达(P<0.001)。利用GEPIA2数据库分析发现,ITGA6与卵巢癌的预后生存(总生存和无病生存)无相关性(P>0.05)。结论尽管ITGA6的表达与卵巢癌的预后无显著相关性,但是其在卵巢癌中的显著高表达,使其可作为卵巢癌分子成像及基因药物研制的靶标。
Objective To analyze the expression and significance of ITGA6 gene in ovarian cancer based on the GEPIA2 and Oncomine databases.Methods All datasets about ovarian cancer were searched in the GEPIA2 and Oncomine databases,and conduct a secondary comprehensive analysis of the data based on the literatures.Compare the differential ITGA6 expressions between ovarian cancer and normal control tissue,and use GEPIA2 database for online survival analysis.Results A total of 359 researches on the expression of ITGA6 in different types of cancer and normal tissues were collected in the Oncomine database.There were 81 with statistically significant differences in expression,of which 50 were high expression and 31 were low expression.7 studies involved the expression of ITGA6 in ovarian cancers and normal tissues,including a total of 1043 tumor samples.Compared with the normal control group,the ITGA6 in ovarian cancer group showed a significantly higher expression(P<0.001).Analysis using the GEPIA2 database found that ITGA6 is not correlated with the survival(overall survival and disease free survival)of ovarian cancer(P>0.05).Conclusions Although the expression of ITGA6 is not significantly correlated with the survival of ovarian cancer,its significantly high expression in ovarian cancer makes it a reasonable target for molecular imaging and gene drug development of ovarian cancer.
