摘要
2020年已经过去,历史已开启全新的2021年。回顾2020这一年,"新冠"疫情肆虐全球,给人类生产生活经济乃至精神等诸多方面造成一定影响。为迎接挑战,尽快恢复对经济文化领域各项工作的重建,纷纷开启紧急应对模式。图书馆作为信息集散中心、用户获取知识的主要场所,亦是经历了不平凡的一年,也取得了骄人"战绩",可圈可点。结合国内"抗疫"实践,对照国外图书馆界应对"疫情"的措施,吸取其好的经验作为参考借鉴,谋求图书馆服务工作新的发展契机,以期完善图书馆在公共卫生突发事件中的应急服务。
2020 is over.The history has opened the brand new year,2021.To look back 2020,Covid-19 wreaked havoc all over the world and has made certain effect on many aspects like product,life,economic and even spirit of people.To meet the challenge and to recover the reconstructions of the economic,culture and so on,we started the mode of epidemic response service.The library,being the center of distribution of information and the main places for users to obtain knowledge,has spent an extraordinary year as well,and has made"impressive"achievement.It has done a good job.To combine with the practices of"Anti-epidemic"in China,and to compare with the measures the overseas libraries has taken to absorb the fine experiences as references,pursue the new development opportunity of services and works of libraries,so as to perfect the epidemic response services in libraries under public health emergencies.
