摘要
目的:探索与构建国内日间手术评价与监控体系,建立日间手术评价指标体系,有助于最大化发挥日间手术的自身优势,抑制日间手术质量与安全不良事件的发生。方法:以结构-过程-结果(SPO)质量管理三层级理论为基础,采用Delphi专家咨询法构建日间手术评价指标体系。结果:本研究两轮专家咨询问卷回收率及有效率均为100%,专家积极程度较高;通过Kendall's W协调系数的计算,得出13位专家对所调查指标的评分具有一致性;最终形成的日间手术评价指标体系包括4个一级指标、12个二级指标。结论:日间手术评价指标体系以“质量与安全”为第一要素,同时体系的构建要充分考虑指标的可获得性和科学性。
Objective:The emergence of day surgery brings about a series of problems as well as in alleviating the contradiction between supply and demand of the current medical and health resources.The aim is to explore and establish an appraisal system for day surgery,promote the stable development of day surgery.Methods:According to the modified Delphi method,the evaluation index system for day surgery was designed on the basis of the threelevel theory of structure-process-outcome(SPO)quality management.Results:In this study,the recovery rate and effective rate of the two rounds of expert consultation questionnaires were 100%,and the experts were highly active.Through the calculation of Kendall's W coordination coefficient,the average consistency of the 13 experts on the surveyed indicators was obtained.The final evaluation index system of day operation includes 4 first-level indexes and 12 second-level indexes.Conclusion:The evaluation index system of day operation takes"quality and safety"as the first factor,and the construction of the system should fully consider the availability and scientific nature of the index.
