摘要
原材料性质、环境是影响温拌橡胶沥青SMA混合料水稳定性能重要因素。为了分析不同因素与混合料水稳定性能的关联程度及讨论单因素的变化是如何影响混合料水稳定性能的,采用冻融劈裂试验,将孤立变量法和灰关联分析法相结合,研究级配、沥青用量、空隙率、胶粉掺量及击实温度5因素对温拌橡胶沥青SMA混合料水稳定性能影响规律。试验结果表明:击实温度是影响温拌橡胶沥青SMA混合料水稳定性能最显著因素,空隙率、胶粉掺量也有较大的影响,各因素关联度按照显著性排序依次为击实温度→空隙率→胶粉掺量→沥青用量→2.36 mm通过率。
The properties of raw materials and environment are important factors affecting the water stability of the warm mix rubber asphalt SMA mixture.In order to analyze the correlation degree between different factors and the water stability of the mixture and discuss how the change of the single factor influences the water stability of the mixture,the influence law of such 5 factors as the gradation,asphalt content,void fraction,rubber powder content and compaction temperature on the water stability of the warm mix rubber asphalt SMA mixture are studied by adopting freeze-thaw splitting test and combining the isolated variable method with the grey correlation analysis method.The results show that the compaction temperature is the most significant factor affecting the water stability of SMA mixture and the void fraction and the amount of rubber powder also have a great influence.The sequence(from important to unimportant)of the correlation of different factors is compaction temperature→void fraction→rubber powder content→asphalt content→2.36 mm passing rate.
