摘要
将铂热电阻(RTD)埋置在电机定子内部,电机进行温升试验,通过不同位置的铂热电阻数值进行分析、对比,得出电机定子内部圆周方向和轴向方向不同区域温度的分布情况及温度差异,为解决电机埋置检温计法温升相差较大的问题提供了依据,对优化方箱电机结构和开发高压三相异步电动机具有重要的意义。
The platinum thermistor(Pt RTD)is embedded inside the stator,and then the temperature-rise test of the motor is carried out.Through the analysis and comparison of the platinum thermistor values at different positions,the temperature distribution and difference of various regions in circumferential and axial directions of the motor stator are obtained.It provides the basis of solving the problem of large temperature-rise difference of the motor based on the embedding thermometer method,and has a great significance on optimizing the structure of square-box motor and developing the high-voltage three-phase induction motor.
