摘要
旋变是自动控制系统中重要的角度测量传感器,目前各种文献推荐以同心正弦绕组配合作为设计基础。近年来出现少量质数槽绕组配合的绕线式旋变产品和专利申请,但缺乏相应的设计理论指导。基于绕组的磁势波理论,对不同绕组配合的齿谐波误差理论上限进行求解,提出高精度质数齿槽绕组配合的数理依据和函数误差表达式,质数齿槽配合没有原理性的零位误差,且正交误差不会超过函数误差。通过数值分析与有限元仿真方法对不同绕组配合的磁势误差分布进行仿真研究,明确质数槽绕组配合选取方式。在上述理论工作基础上,制作一款(7:10)实物样机进行测试,通过样机的谐波磁势分析和函数误差分析证明质数斜槽绕组配合选择方法的正确性和有效性。
Resolver is an important angle test instrument in many automatic control systems. Currently, concentric sinusoidal winding combination is recommended in various literatures as the guideline to single pole wound resolver design. Certain products and patent applications have already appeared in recent years by prime number winding combination, but corresponding theoretic analysis in such design is still difficult to be found. Based on the theory of magnetic harmonics, this paper derived the slot ripple error limit and put forward the mathematical basis to achieve high precision magnetic field by skewed prime number winding combination. There’s no theoretical zero position error in the prime number winding combinations, and the orthogonal position error is no more than their function error. Numeric analysis and FEM simulation were carried out, and the distribution of magnetic field error was demonstrated with respect to different winding combinations. An appropriate selection method was clarified to select skewed prime number winding combination. It is proved that the recommended selection method in prime number skewed winding combination is right and effective by the development and test of a(7:10) prototype resolver with the help of magnetic potential harmonics and the function error analysis.
