摘要
在大众创业与创新的趋势下,大学生的创新创业活动越来越受到重视。创新和创业活动将受到许多因素的影响,创业动机是大学生创新和创业活动的主要推动力。培养和保持大学生进行创新创业活动的动机具有重要意义。如何激发大学生的潜力和活力来创新,启动和促进中国大学生创业活动的实施,我们需要着重分析大学生的主要创业动机。就大学生创业的动机及其主要激励因素,提出几点激发大学生创业行为的建议和有效措施。
Under the trend of mass entrepreneurship and innovation,the innovation and entrepreneurship activities of college students have received more and more attention.Innovation and entrepreneurial activities will be affected by many factors.Motivation is the main driving force of college students'innovation and entrepreneurial activities.It is of great significance to cultivate and maintain the motivation of college students to carry out innovative and entrepreneurial activities.To stimulate the potential and vitality of college students to innovate,start and promote the implementation of Chinese college students’entrepreneurial activities,we need to focus on the analysis of college students’main entrepreneurial motivations.With regard to the motivation of college students'entrepreneurship and its main motivation factors,some suggestions and effective measures to stimulate college students'entrepreneurial behavior are put forward.
