摘要
徐圩新区达标尾水排海工程海域排放管道的铺设最大水深为18 m,管道采用DN1400钢管,壁厚18 mm。尾水排放管道与油气管道相比,径大壁薄强度低,在水流冲击以及潮位变动下,处理不好就有屈曲折管的风险。通过对管道铺设过程的受力分析,结合相关工程实例,采用浮体助浮方法进行深水区的海域管道铺设施工。结果表明,使用浮体助浮能有效地控制管道的曲率,防止管道变形超过极限状态,并且助浮浮体安装简单,成本低廉,有效解决了深水区的海域管道铺设施工难题。
The maximum water depth of the sea area discharge pipeline of the Xuwei New District's compliance tail water discharge project is 18 m,and the pipeline is made of DN1400 steel pipe with a wall thickness of 18 mm.Compared with oil and gas pipelines,tail water discharge pipelines have large diameter,thin wall and low strength.Under the impact of water currents and changes in tide levels,there is a risk of buckling of the pipes if they are not handled properly.Through the force analysis of the pipeline laying process,combined with related engineering examples,the floating boosting method was used for the pipeline laying construction in deep water area.The results show that the use of floating body can effectively control the curvature of the pipeline,prevent the pipeline from deforming beyond the limit state,and the floating body is easy to install and low in cost,which effectively solves the problem of pipeline laying and construction in deep water areas.
