毛竹及其变种养分分配格局与化学计量特征 被引量:9

摘要 以毛竹和花毛竹、黄槽毛竹、厚壁毛竹、金丝毛竹4个变种为研究对象,分析了叶、枝、干、根不同器官C、N、P质量分数及化学计量特征。结果表明:1)相同竹种不同器官间的养分分配格局存在明显差异,碳的分配格局由大到小表现为枝、干、叶、根,氮分配格局由大到小表现为叶、枝、根、干,磷分配格局表现为叶最大,其次为枝、根、干;w(C)∶w(N)由大到小表现为干、根、枝、叶,w(C)∶w(P)由大到小表现为枝、干、根、叶,w(N)∶w(P)由大到小表现为枝、干、根、叶;2)相较于黄槽毛竹、毛竹、厚壁毛竹、金丝毛竹,花毛竹不同器官中的C、N、P质量分数较高,化学计量比则较低,P是该研究区毛竹及其变种生长的限制性元素;3)毛竹及其变种不同器官间的C、N、P及其化学计量比相关关系,通过多元素协同共同形成对外界环境变化的适应策略;4)竹种、器官、竹种与器官交互作用均不同程度的影响植物C、N、P质量分数及其化学计量特征,器官对C、N、P质量分数及其化学计量特征的影响最大。 With Phyllostachys edulis, P. edulis f. luteosulcata, P. edulis f. tao kiang, P. edulis f. pachyloen, and P. edulis f. gracilis, the contents and stoichiometric characteristics of C, N and P in different organs of leaves, branches, culms and roots were studied. There were significant differences in nutrient distribution patterns among different organs of the same bamboo species. The distribution pattern of carbon was branch, culm, leaf and root in the descending order, and the distribution pattern of nitrogen was leaf, branch, root and culmin the descending order, and the distribution pattern of phosphorus was the largest in leaf, followed by branch, root and culm. Compared with other bamboo species, the contents of C, N and P in different organs of P. eduliswere higher, and the stoichiometric ratio was lower. The limiting element for the growth of P. edulis and its varieties is P. There was a correlation between C, N, P and their stoichiometric ratio among different organs of P. edulis and its varieties. Multi-elements work together to form adaptation strategies to environmental changes. Bamboo species, organs, interactions between bamboo species and organs all affect the contents of C, N, P and their stoichiometric characteristics in different degrees, but theorgans have the highest influence on them.
