摘要
针对当前市面上几种有代表性的磷化液,将其磷化后产生的废渣进行分类对比,再用滴定、颜色反应等化学方法对废渣进行组分分析,确定各种废渣中铁及其他杂质离子的含量,并从粒度等角度对各类磷化废渣的利用价值进行评估,为下一步的资源化利用提供技术支持。
For several representative phosphating solutions currently on the market,the waste residues produced after phosphating are classified and compared,and then chemical methods such as titration and color reaction are used to analyze the components of the waste residues to determine the content of iron and other impurities in the various waste residues,and evaluate the utilization value of various phosphate waste residues from the perspective of particle size,so as to provide technical support for the next step of resource utilization.
