摘要
简述逆向应急物流的定义及分类,阐述相关管理及技术文件出台情况,以武汉为例,总结了新冠肺炎疫情发生后医疗废物应急物流管理情况,分析了我国医疗废物逆向应急物流管理现状及存在的短板与问题。根据医疗废物逆向物流特点,提出加强我国医疗废物逆向应急物流管理的对策。
The paper briefly described the definition and classification of reverse emergency logistics,and explained the relevant management and technical documents.Next,taking Wuhan as an example,it summarized the emergency logistics management of medical waste after the outbreak of the COVID-19,and analyzed the current situation of reverse emergency logistics management of medical waste in China and its shortcomings and problems.According to the characteristics of the reverse logistics of medical waste,it proposed the countermeasures to improve its management level.
