摘要
选取顺丰控股作为案例对象,研究其2013-2018年间公司微信公众号的信息披露活动特征和内容特征,发现在活动特征方面,顺丰控股微信公众号的信息披露和使用水平呈现上升趋势;在内容特征方面,顺丰控股披露信息的内容以经营活动类为主。
In this paper,we studied the activity characteristics and content characteristics of the information disclosure of SF Holdings'WeChat official account from 2013 to 2018,and found that in terms of activity characteristics,the information disclosure and use level of the WeChat official account of the company showed an upward trend;in terms of content characteristics,the content of the information disclosed by SF Holdings was mainly business activities related.
