摘要
目的通过实施三年规范化培训,推动卫生监督新进人员完善知识结构,提高专业技能和实践能力,尽快成为合格的卫生监督员。方法基于卫生监督岗位胜任力模型,制定卫生监督新进人员三年规范化培训方案,明确培训内容和考核方法,搭建实训和科研平台,实施带教导师制度,强化组织保障。结果2016—2019年规范化培训学员通识教育培训成绩良好,在科研创新及实践培训中表现优异,综合评估结果令人满意。结论卫生监督新进人员规范化培训起步晚、系统性和经验均还不足,应进一步优化培训方案,发挥辐射引领作用,带动全市乃至长三角地区卫生监督新进人员素质提升,为国家卫生监督队伍建设提供案例借鉴。
Objective Through the implementation of three-year standardized training,the knowledge structure,pro⁃fessional skills and practical ability of newly-recruited health supervisors should be improved in order to be qualified health supervisors as soon as possible.Methods Based on the competency model of health supervision posts,the three-year standardized training program for newly-recruited health supervisors was formulated,the training content and assessment method were defined,the training and scientific research platform were built,the tutor system was implemented,and the or⁃ganizational guarantee was strengthened.Results From 2016 to 2019,the general standardized training results of trainees were good,and they were excellent in scientific research innovation and practical training,and the comprehensive evalua⁃tion results were satisfactory.Conclusion The standardized training for newly recruited health supervisors started late,and was not systematic and experienced enough.We should further optimize the training program and enhance the quality of newly recruited health supervisors,so as to play a leading role in the whole city and even in the Yangtze River Delta and provide a case for reference for the construction of national health supervision personnel.
