数控脉冲清洗技术在油田加热炉盘管清洗中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 西北油田某卸油站的加热炉经过长时间使用后,因加热原油黏度大,含硫高,造成盘管结垢、堵塞严重,进出口压差变大,热效率明显降低。但生产任务重,允许停炉的时间较短,造成盘管清洗困难。根据对以往加热炉盘管清洗技术与其它先进技术对比分析,本次选择采用数控脉冲清洗技术进行清洗,通过对清洗结果分析评价,该技术属于物理除垢,可以彻底去除管壁油垢等杂质,无污染,单台加热炉清洗时间缩短至1天,能及时恢复生产。对清洗前后加热炉各项参数对比发现,清洗后,单台加热炉热效率提升3%,燃料气节约38 m^(3)/d,实现了节能降耗的总目标。 After being used for a long time,the heating furnace of an oil unloading station in northwest oil field,due to the high viscosity of heating crude oil and high sulfur content,the coil fouling and blockage are serious,the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet is increased,and the thermal efficiency is obviously reduced.However,the production task is heavy and the time to stop the furnace is short,which makes the coil cleaning difficult.According to the comparison and analysis of the cleaning technology of heating furnace coil and other advanced technologies,the numerical control pulse cleaning technology is selected for cleaning.Through the analysis and evaluation of the cleaning results,the technology belongs to physical descaling,which can completely remove the impurities such as oil dirt on the pipe wall without pollution.The cleaning time of a single heating furnace is shortened to one day,and the production can be resumed in time.Comparing the parameters of the heating furnace before and after cleaning,it is found that after cleaning,the thermal efficiency of a single heating furnace is increased by 3%,and the fuel gas saving is about 38m^(3)/d,which achieves the overall goal of energy saving and consumption reduction.
