摘要
为合理利用油田注水中的余热、减少燃气消耗,将A注水站原有锅炉供暖改造为热泵技术供暖。经测算,应用新技术不仅可以节气28.77×10^(4)m^(3)/a,降低生产成本14.89万元/a,节省操作人员4名,并且针对新技术实际应用中出现的出口温度偏低、管线穿孔等问题,提出加强日常管理、完善工艺流程等相应措施,最终达到满足站内供暖需求、降本增效节能减排、保障设备正常运行、避免盗气减少事故等目标,为企业高质量发展提供有力支持。
In order to make rational use of the waste heat in oil field water injection and reduce gas consumption,the original boiler heating of Xing 12 water injection station was transformed into heat pump technology heating.It is estimated that the application of the new technology can not only save energy by 28.77×10^(4)m^(3)/years,reduce production costs by 148900 yuan per year,and save 4 operators,but also put forward corresponding measures such as strengthening daily management and improving technological process in view of the problems such as low outlet temperature and pipeline perforation in the practical application of the new technology.Finally,it can meet the heating demand of the station,reduce cost,increase energy conservation and reduce emissions,ensure the normal operation of equipment,avoid gas theft and reduce accidents,and provide strong support for the high-quality development of enterprises.
