摘要
为通过喷丸处理提高材料抗疲劳性能,开展了喷丸试件表面粗糙度与残余应力测量试验,并建立数值模型进行仿真分析,确定了粗糙度与残余应力的相关性。对照试验结果完成模型验证发现,粗糙度与残余应力线性相关。通过增加弹丸直径、喷丸速度及试件覆盖率,能够在提高残余应力的同时减小粗糙度,取得了较好的喷丸加工效果。
In order to improve the fatigue resistance of materials by shot peening,the surface roughness and residual stress measurement tests of shot peened specimens are carried out,and the numerical model is established for simulation analysis to determine the correlation between roughness and residual stress.Compared with the experimental results,the model verification is completed,and it is found that the roughness is linearly related to the residual stress.By increasing the projectile diameter,shot peening speed and specimen coverage,the residual stress can be improved while the roughness can be reduced,and a better shot peening effect can be achieved.
