随着我国科技的不断进步,各个行业都在不断进行改革和创新,以此来顺应时代发展的趋势,在这样的背景下,人们对日常生活水平和精神需求不断提升,进一步导致了社会各界对基础设施的需求与日俱增。根据市场调查不难发现,如果仍然按照以国家单位为核心的单一投资模式进行项目运营管理,易于造成基础设施项目的发展受到影响乃至造成投资的失败,从而造成基础设施的供给不足,这也会直接导致我国人们能够享受到的生活质量下降,甚至产生社会矛盾。立足于当下国情,PPP模式的出现受到了政府的青睐,得到了迅速的推广。
