摘要
以双氰胺、甲醛、聚合硫酸铝为原料,筛选添加剂改善水合比,制备了有机-无机型混合脱色剂。结果表明,当双氰胺、甲醛、聚合硫酸铝和添加剂的物质的量比为1∶2.1∶0.030∶0.17,反应温度为70℃,反应时间为2 h,合成的脱色剂絮凝脱色效果最好,脱色率达99.8%。
The organic-inorganic composite decolorizer is prepared by using dicyandiamide,formaldehyde and polyaluminum sulfate as raw materials,and selecting additives to improve the hydration ratio.The results show that when the molar ratio of dicyandiamide,formaldehyde,polyaluminum sulfate and additives is 1∶2.1∶0.030∶0.17,the reaction temperature is 70℃,and the reaction time is 2 h,the flocculation decolorization effect of the composite decolorizer is the best,and the decolorization rate is 99.8%.
