摘要 随着人类对体育运动项目的重视程度越来越高,使用的体育设施和设备性能要求也变得更高,材料直接决定着体育设施和设备的使用性能,所以为了提高我国体育设施和设备的使用效果和性能,文章对塑料和复合材料的选择进行了深入研究。文章首先分析了体育设施和设备的选材原则,另外对塑料和复合材料体育制品品种进行概述,发现如今很多体育设施和设备或多或少都会使用塑料和复合材料;然后对三种普遍使用的塑料和复合材料(不饱和聚酯、环氧树脂和聚邻苯二甲酸二烯丙脂)的特性进行分析,最后进行选材实例分析,分别分析了自行车、帆船、运动场和跑道地板。塑料和复合材料在体育设施和设备中经常使用,但是同种材料之间也会存在性能差别,所以需要根据体育设施和设备的实际应用情况,选择最为合适的塑料和复合材料类型,从而提高体育设施和设备的使用性能和效果。 As humans pay more and more attention to sports,the performance requirements of sports facilities and equipment used have also become higher.The materials directly determine the performance of sports facilities and equipment.Therefore,in order to improve the use effect and performance of the equipment,the article has conducted in-depth research on the selection of plastics and composite materials.The paper first analyzes the principles of selecting materials for sports facilities and equipment.In addition,it gives an overview of the variety of plastic and composite sports products.It is found that many sports facilities and equipment now use plastics and composites more or less;then the characteristics of three commonly used plastics and composite materials(unsaturated polyester,epoxy resin and O-benzenedicarboxylic acid diallyl ester)were analyzed,and finally an example analysis of material selection is carried out,and the floors of bicycles,sailboats,sports fields and runways are analyzed separately.Plastics and composite materials are often used in sports facilities and equipment,but there are performance differences between the same materials,so it is necessary to select the most suitable type of plastic and composite materials according to the actual application of sports facilities and equipment,so as to improve the performance and effects of spor ts facilities and equipment.
