摘要 目的探讨CT引导下^(125)I放射性粒子植入治疗小细胞肺癌(SCLC)的临床效果及对血清肿瘤异常蛋白(TAP)表达的影响。方法SCLC患者105例,根据治疗方案分为观察组(n=55)和对照组(n=50),2组均给予EP方案化疗,其中观察组给予CT引导下^(125)I放射性粒子,对照组给予常规放疗,观察2组近期疗效及不良反应,随访患者预后,检测血清TAP表达。结果观察组近期疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),其治疗总有效率为78.18%;观察组治疗1个月后血清TAP明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组中位生存时间明显长于对照组(P<0.05);观察组放射性肺炎发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论CT引导下^(125)I放射性粒子植入治疗SCLC有较好的临床效果,明显降低血清TAP水平。 Objective To investigate the clinical effects of CT guided^(125)I radioactive seed implantation in the treatment of small cell lung cancer(SCLC)and its effects on the expression of tumor abnormal protein(TAP)in serum.Methods A total of 105 patients with SCLC who were treated in our hospital from February 2016 to may 2018 were enrolled in the study.According to the treatment plan,these patients were divided into observation group(n=55)and control group(n=50).The patients in both groups were treated according to EP chemotherapy scheme,moreover,the patients in observation group were given^(125)I radioactive particles under CT guidance,and the patients in control group were given conventional radiotherapy.The short-term curative effects,adverse reactions,patient’s prognosis and the expression levels of TAP were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The short-term curative effects in observation group were superior to those in control group(P<0.05),and the serum levels of TAP after 1-month treatment in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Moreover the median survival time in observation group was significantly longer than that in control group(P<0.05),and the incidence rate of radiation pneumonia in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The CT guided^(125)I radioactive seed implantation can obtain significant curative effects in treatment of SCLC,which can obviously decrease the serum levels of TAP.
