摘要
某公司气分装置丙烯塔顶表面蒸发板式空冷器泄漏失效,分析结果表明:板式空冷器失效部位主要位于316L不锈钢压泡部位,失效原因为表面蒸发湿式空冷喷淋水在板片压泡部位结垢,且喷淋水中氯离子含量超标,在结垢部位形成垢下氯离子浓缩,造成氯离子腐蚀,最终导致设备泄漏。提出对喷淋水系统改进、控制316L板片表面氯离子的浓度等防腐蚀措施,保证设备长周期运行。
Corrosion failure analysis was performed on surface evaporative air cooler in propylene tower of a gas separation unit.The results indicated that the corrosions were mainly located in 316L foam board.It was confirmed that the failure resulted from the chloride ion accumulated on foam board in air cooler.Recommendations were provided,such as improving spray water system,controlling the concentration of chloride ion on the surface of 316L board,etc.
