摘要
聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)是目前使用最广泛的半结晶热塑性聚合物之一,由石化产品制得,生产过程中需要耗费巨大的资源。由于PET化学性质稳定,自然环境下很难降解,废弃材料的不恰当处理导致生态环境问题日趋严重。该文通过对比废旧PET的不同回收利用方法(包括能量回收、物理回收、化学回收、生物回收等)特点、产物、应用场合等,并重点分析了当前关注较多的化学回收中催化剂技术的研究进展,旨在进一步推动PET的高效回收利用。
Polyethylene terephthalate(PET)is one of the most widely used semi-crystalline thermoplastic polymers.It is made from petrochemical products and requires huge resources in the production process.Due to its stable chemical properties,PET is di fficult to degrade in the natural environment.The improper disposal of waste materials has led to increasingly serious ecological and environmental problems.This paper compares the characteristics,products and applications of dif ferent recycling methods of waste PET including energy recovery,physical recovery,chemical recovery,biological recovery,etc.Aiming to further promote the e fficient recycling of PET,the current research progress of catalyst technology in chemical recycling was reviewed.
