摘要
该文通过总结辽宁中医药大学医学检验学院三项大学生创新创业计划项目,从注重人员构成的设置和选题方向的合理性、注重对学生文献检索能力和创新能力的培养以及注重对学生严谨科学作风的培养等几个方面,阐述作者在指导“大创”项目时的心得体会,以期为高校培养适应新形势的创新人才提供借鉴。
To provide reference for universities to train innovative talents who can adapt to the new situation,we summed up some experience about guiding university student innovation and entrepreneurship training programs.It included that paying attention to the setting of personnel composition,the rationality of topic selection,the cultivation of students’literature retrieval ability and innovation ability,and the cultivation of students’rigorous scientific style.
