摘要 在新时期背景下,社会生产及人们日常生活基于能源的需求程度与日俱增,但在能源供应及能源利用上存在一定矛盾,既带来能源的浪费,又对环境造成负面影响。建筑物能源耗费数量较大,要使建筑物达到绿色节能目的,应在建筑能耗设计上进行改进,超低能耗被动式建筑应运而生。结合实践经验,着重分析超低能耗被动式建筑智能化设计方案要点。 Under the background of the new era,the social production and people’s daily life based on energy demand are increasing day by day,but there are some contradictions in the energy supply and energy utilization,which not only brings about energy waste,but also has a negative impact on the environment.The energy consumption of buildings is large.In order to achieve the purpose of green energy saving,the energy consumption design of buildings should be improved,and passive buildings with ultra-low energy consumption emerge as the times require.Combined with practical experience,this paper mainly analyzes the key points of intelligent design scheme of passive buildings with ultra low energy consumption.
