摘要
光热治疗(photothermal therapy,PTT)是将光能转化为热能而达到治疗效果的一种新的治疗手段,然而代谢问题是其临床应用研究亟待解决的关键问题.基于quaterrylene-环糊精衍生物(QDI-CD)良好的光热治疗效果,研究了其在sprague-dawley(SD)大鼠中的代谢情况,发现给药量为1 mg/只时,QDI-CD的平均代谢率为(48.74±11.80)%.将SD大鼠尿液经分离后,高分辨质谱(HRMS)结果显示QDI-CD分子的结构与代谢前一致.
Photothermal therapy(PTT)is a promising avenue for precision cancer treatment.However,the metabolic clearance is a key issue for future clinical applications.In this paper,renal clearance of a cyclodextrin-modified quaterrylene bisimide derivative(QDI-CD)was studied.Importantly,QDI-CD administered to sprague-dawley(SD)rats by intraperitoneal injection was effectively cleared with renal clearance efficiency of(48.74±11.80)%at 12 h after drug injection.In addition,the structure of QDI-CD in urines did not changed under the metabolism.
