摘要
知识聚合为网络社区多源异构、分散无序的知识资源组织与利用问题提供了解决方案,对比分析国内外网络社区知识聚合领域研究热点、研究现状和发展脉络,可为相关研究提供参考。文章以Web of Science核心合集和CNKI数据库为数据来源,运用科学知识图谱的方法从文献发文量、热点关键词和主题演化路径等维度进行定量研究,并从知识类聚、信息组织、信息检索、用户4个视角对网络社区知识聚合文献内容详细评述。当前研究领域仍有广阔的空间,未来应注重知识聚合技术创新和算法优化、不同应用情境下的知识聚合问题探索以及面向用户和基于用户的知识聚合研究。
Knowledge aggregation provides solutions for the organization and utilization of multi-source heterogeneous,scattered and disorderly knowledge resources in network communities.The comparative analysis of research hotspots,research status and development context in the field of knowledge aggregation in online communities at home and abroad can provide references for related research.This article uses the core collection of Web of Science and the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database as data sources,and uses the mapping knowledge domain to conduct quantitative research from the dimensions of the number of articles published,hot keywords and topic evolution paths.Then,this article reviews the content of the online community knowledge aggregation literature in detail from four perspectives:knowledge aggregation,information organization,information retrieval,and users.There is still broad space in the current research field.In the future,we should focus on knowledge aggregation technology innovation and algorithm optimization,exploration of knowledge aggregation problems in different application scenarios,and user-oriented and user-based knowledge aggregation research.
