摘要
目的:观察精细化护理在腹腔镜胆囊切除术术后患者中的应用效果。方法:选取70例胆囊结石合并胆囊炎行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组各35例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行精细化护理,比较两组围术期指标水平和术后并发症发生率。结果:观察组术后排气时间、下床活动时间和住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为5.71%(2/35),低于对照组的22.86%(8/35),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:精细化护理应用于腹腔镜胆囊切除术术后患者可缩短围术期指标水平,降低术后并发症发生率,效果优于常规护理。
Objective:To explore application effects of meticulous nursing in patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods:70 patients with cholecystolithiasis and cholecystitis,who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy,were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,35 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received meticulous nursing.The levels of Perioperative indicators and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The postoperative exhaust time,the out-of-bed time,and the hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.71%(2/35),which was lower than 22.86%(8/35)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The application of meticulous nursing in the patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy can shorten the levels of Perioperative indicators and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.Moreover,it is superior to single routine nursing.
