摘要
【目的】本试验旨在研究复方中草药对母兔乳房炎的预防作用,并对其机制进行了探讨。【方法】选择年龄相同,胎次和产奶量接近的母兔40只,分为对照组和试验组,每组20只。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组于产前15 d至产后15 d饲喂添加1.5%复方中草药的基础饲粮,其它时间饲喂基础饲粮。试验期从产前15 d至仔兔30 d断奶,共45 d。统计乳房炎发病率和母兔淘汰率,测定母兔血液免疫指标和初乳IgG含量,以及仔兔血清IgG和血清蛋白含量。【结果】(1)各项测定指标与对照组相比,试验组乳房炎发病率降低了8.75%,淘汰率降低了10%;(2)分娩后4、10、20 d试验组血清中IgG、IgM含量以及细胞因子IL-2和IL-6含量均表现提高,其中10和20 d的IgG以及4和20 d的IgM水平,呈现显著差异(P<0.05),10 d的IgM、10和20 d的IL-2以及10 d的IL-6水平试验组极显著提高(P<0.01);(3)试验组血液中T淋巴细胞百分率在分娩后有所提高,其中分娩后4和10 d达到显著差异水平(P<0.05);(4)试验组初乳中IgG含量显著提高了6.45%(P<0.05);(5)试验组仔兔血清IgG以及TP、GLB含量显著升高(P<0.05),ALB含量也有所提高,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。【结论】试验所用复方中草药可以显著降低兔乳房炎发病率和母兔淘汰率,其重要机制是可以提升和调节母兔的免疫机能,同时还可以增强仔兔抗病能力,从而促进仔兔健康生长。
【Objective】The purpose of this experiment was to study the preventive effect of compound Chinese herbal on mastitis in female rabbits and to explore its mechanism.【Method】Forty female rabbits of the same age,parity and milk production were selected and divided into a control group and tested groups,with 20 rabbits in each group.The control group was fed with basic diet,the tested groups were fed with diet supplemented with 1.5%compound Chinese herbal from 15 days before delivery to 15 days after delivery and fed with basic diet at other times.The experimental period started from 15 days before delivery and ended at 30 days after weaning,45 days total.The incidence of mastitis and the elimination rate of female rabbits were counted,and the blood immune indexes and colostrum IgG content of female rabbits,as well as the serum IgG and serum protein content of young rabbits were determined.【Result】(i)Compared with the control group,the incidence of mastitis in the experimental group was reduced by 8.75%,and the elimination rate was reduced by 10%;(ii)The levels of IgG,IgM and cytokines IL-2 and IL-6 in tested groups at 4,10 and 20 days after delivery increased,and the levels of IgG at 10 and 20 days and IgM at 4 and 20 days showed significant differences(P<0.05),IgM at 10 day,IL-2 at 10 and 20 days and IL-6 at 10 days significantly increased in the test group(P<0.01);(iii)The percentage of T lymphocytes in the blood of the test group increased after delivery,of which the significant difference between 4 and 10 days after delivery(P<0.05);(iv)The IgG content in the colostrum of tested groups increased significantly by 6.45%(P<0.05);(v)The IgG and TP,GLB content in the experimental groups increased significantly(P<0.05),ALB content also increased,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).【Conclusion】The compound Chinese herbal used in the experiment can significantly reduce the incidence of mastitis in rabbits and the elimination rate of female rabbits.The important mechanism is that it can improve and regulate the immune function of female rabbits and at the same time can enhance the disease resistance of young rabbits,thereby promoting healthy growth of young rabbits.
