摘要
某工业园区自备电厂锅炉水冷壁管在运行期间多次发生穿孔事故,通过内壁垢样分析和金相检验等方法,结合现场工况,对水冷壁管的穿孔原因进行了分析。结果表明:锅炉内水的电导率和SiO_(2)含量偏高,且现场缺少在线仪表监测,造成内壁结垢,继而引发了垢下局部碱腐蚀,造成管壁减薄至无法承受工作应力而穿孔爆裂。
The boiler water wall tube in an industrial park′s own power plant perforated for many times during operation.The causes of perforation on water wall tube were analyzed by means of inner wall scale analysis and metallographic examination,combined with the field conditions.The results show that the conductivity and SiO2 content of water in boiler were high,and there was no on-line instrument monitoring in the field,which led to the alkali corrosion under the scale,resulted in the tube wall thinning to unable to bear the stress and the perforation and burst.
