“三全育人”理念下高校理工类专业课程思政建设研究--以地学学科为例 被引量:40

摘要 高校课程思政建设是落实立德树人根本任务的战略举措,是建设高水平人才培养体系的基础工程,是构建“全员、全过程、全方位育人”(“三全育人”)大格局的关键环节,同时也是新时代高等教育的基本要求。高校进行思想政治教育的重要阵地是专业课程教育,其中理工类专业不同于人文社科类专业,实践“课程思政”具有一定难度。基于“三全育人”理念,如何在高校理工类专业中开展行之有效的课程思政教育,是当前高等教育界关注和讨论的热点。目前各大高校都在积极开展理工类专业的课程思政建设,虽取得良好进展,但仍存思政教育意识亟待加强、思政教育亲和力尚待提升、思政资源尚未得到充分挖掘、思政教育体系有待构筑等方面的问题。理工类课程思政的精神内涵是实现知识传授与价值引领的同频共振,达到科学教育与人文教育的交融互动,协调显性教育与隐性教育的同向同行。在实施原则上应立足专业学科特色,尊重教学特点和规律;注重因势利导,润物无声地引发学生共鸣;以学生为本,提高思政亲和力和感染力;遵循适度原则,协调“术”“道”同向同行。落实高校理工类专业课程思政建设应该从转变育德教学理念、构建课程思政多元体系、挖掘课程思政资源入手,深入理解和践行“三全育人”理念。以兼具理工科特色的地学学科为例,可以围绕传统文化、职业操守、学科发展史、时事热点和行业精神等方面深挖专业课程的思政育人资源,可采取的思政教学方式包括直接导入式、案例分析式、问题导向式、互联网+教学和实践体验式等。在具体教学实践中应根据课程性质和授课对象,采取适当的思政教学方式,发挥好专业课程的德育作用。对于理工类专业课程思政教学评价体系的构建,建议从制定评价标准、建立评价方法和评价结果的运用三方面着眼,评价体系的重点应放在“立德树人”的根本任务上,切实提升课程思政的德育导向性。 The construction of ideological and political education in curricula of universities is a strategic action to implement the fundamental task of the moral education,a basic project to build the high-level talent training system,a key step to build an“all staff,whole process,all-round education”(i.e.“Three-Aspect Education”)pattern,and also a basic requirement for higher education in the new era.Professional curricula education takes a critical position in ideological and political education in curricula of universities.Among the professional curricula,it turns hard to implement ideological and political education in science and engineering curricula,which are different from those in humanities and social curricula.Therefore,how to implement ideological and political education in science and engineering curricula of universities with the concept of“Three-Aspect Education”becomes a highly discussed and concerned topic in higher education at present.Nowadays,universities are making good progress in the construction of ideological and political education in science and engineering curricula,but there are still problems related to the motivation,affinity,resources and teaching system in the ideological and political education in science and engineering curricula.The nature of ideological and political education in science and engineering curricula is to aim to harmonize teaching and nurturing,to integrate science education and moral education,and to merge explicit education and implicit education.As for implementation principle,we should base on the characteristics of professional disciplines and abide by the characteristics and laws of teaching.We should guide the education along its course of development,and trigger the recognition of students naturally.We should be student-oriented to improve the affinity and appeal of ideological and political education.We should harmonize science education and moral education appropriately as well.To carry out the ideological and political construction of science and engineering curricula in universities with the concept of“Three-Aspect Education”,we should start from changing the teaching concept of moral education,constructing the diversified system of ideological and political education,and excavating the resources of ideological and political education.Taking geoscience with both science and engineering characteristics as an example,we can make the best use of the ideological and political education resources of science and engineering curricula from the aspects such as traditional culture,professional ethics,discipline development history,current affairs and industry spirit,and we can adopt the ideological and political teaching methods including leading-in method,case-study method,problem-oriented method,Internet plus teaching method and practice&experience method.In the education practice,we should take appropriate ideological and political teaching methods according to the nature of the curricula and teaching objects so as to give full play to the moral education function of professional curricula.As for the construction of the evaluation system of ideological and political teaching in the science and engineering curricula,it is suggested to focus on the formulation of evaluation standards,the establishment of evaluation methods and the application of evaluation results.The emphasis of the evaluation system should be placed on the fundamental task of the moral education to effectively enhance the guidance of moral education of ideological and political teaching in curricula.
