摘要
为了解五大连池碧泊沉积物中细菌多样性同环境因子的关系,对碧泊沉积物中理化参数进行测定,高通量测序分析方法对碧泊沉积物中细菌多样性进行解析,再通过冗余分析方法(RDA)解读碧泊沉积物中细菌多样性同环境因子的关系。结果表明,碧泊沉积物pH为5.15,Eh为31,其STI含量为13.05 mg·g^(-1),Fe(Ⅱ)含量为8.84 mg·g^(-1),Fe(Ⅲ)含量为5.68 mg·g^(-1),TOC含量为8.26%;TON含量为7.18 mg·g^(-1)。碧泊沉积物共获得135个OTU分布,其主要优势菌群为不动杆菌属(18.76%)、马赛菌属(2.46%)、铁氧化菌属(1.51%),这些优势菌群主要由变形菌门和拟杆菌门组成,通过RDA分析表明,Eh是影响碧泊沉积物中细菌群落的主要因素。
To explore the relationship between bacterial diversity and environmental factors in Bibo lake sediments of Wudalianchi,several physical and chemical parameters in Bibo lake sediments were measured.Meanwhile,high-throughput analysis was used to analyze the bacterial diversity of Bibo sediments,and the relationship between bacterial diversity and environmental factors in the Bibo sediments was explained by redundancy analysis(RDA).The pH of the Bibo sediment was 5.15,the Eh was 31,the STI content was 13.05 mg·g^(-1),the Fe(Ⅱ)content was 8.84 mg·g^(-1),the Fe(Ⅲ)content was 5.68 mg·g^(-1),and the TOC content was 8.26%.TON content was 7.18 mg·g^(-1).A total of 135 OTU distributions were obtained in the Bibo sediments,its main dominant bacteria community mainly composed of Acinetobacter sp.(18.76%),Massilia sp.(2.46%),Sideroxydans sp.(1.51%).These dominant bacteria mainly belonged to Proteobacteria and Bacteroidetes.RDA analysis showed that Eh was the main factor affecting the bacterial community in the thermogenic sediments.
