摘要
根据绩效管理的理论方法和住院医师规范化培训(下文简称住培)基地教学的特点,采用文献复习法和问卷调查法初步选定指标,用德尔菲法经过2轮问询后确定评价指标体系和权重,构建了包含3个一级指标、10个二级指标、29个三级指标的住培基地临床教师教学绩效评价指标体系,为住培基地临床教师教学绩效的评价提供依据。
According to the theory of performance management and the characteristics of teaching in a residency training base,literature review and questionnaire survey were used to preliminarily select the evaluation index,Delphi method was used to determine the evaluation system and weight factors after two-round consultation.The evaluation index system of teaching performance of clinical teachers was established,including 3 primary indicators,10 secondary indicators and 29 third indicators,providing the basis for evaluating the teaching performance of clinical teachers in resident standardized training base.
