摘要
为推进薄煤层工作面的智能化、无人化或少人化开采,实现薄煤层开采的安全、绿色、高产高效,深入研究了薄煤层智能工作面液压支架、采煤机、刮板输送机及智能控制系统的选型要求和原则。结合井下地质条件和煤层赋存状态,研制了国内首套由单一厂家提供的薄煤层智能成套综采装备,并在平煤股份二矿进行了井下工业性试验,实现了煤层厚度1.3 m的智能化高产高效开采。
In order to promote the intelligent, unmanned or less humanized mining of thin coal seam working face, and realize the safety, green, high-yield and high-efficiency of thin coal seam mining, the type selection requirements and principles of hydraulic support, shearer, scraper conveyor and intelligent control system in thin coal seam intelligent working face were deeply studied. Combined with the underground geological conditions and coal seam occurrence state, the first set of intelligent complete set fully mechanized mining equipment for thin coal seam was developed by a single manufacturer. The underground industrial test was carried out in Pingdingshan No.2 coal mine. The intelligent high-yield and high-efficiency mining with coal seam thickness of 1.3 m was realized.
