摘要
[目的/意义]标准信息在服务国家经济技术发展、应对公共应急突发事件等方面起着不可替代的重要作用。探究标准情报服务的发展和演化路径是提升标准情报服务的基础。[方法/过程]运用系统性文献综述的方法对219篇文献从服务机构、服务对象、服务内容、技术手段和服务模式五个方面分析其演化路径。运用VOSviewer以可视化知识图谱的方式呈现了我国标准情报服务研究热点的演化图。[结果/结论]研究发现:我国标准情报服务经历了起步阶段、探索阶段、成长阶段、成熟阶段和变革阶段的发展,服务机构、服务对象、服务内容、技术手段和服务模式都经历了深刻变革,与我国科技情报事业发展规律基本相一致。
[Purpose/Significance]With the development of economy,science and technology,the continuous development of standards information service plays an irreplaceable role in serving the country’s economic and technological development and responding to public emergencies.Exploring the development status of standards information services is the basis for its improvement.[Method/Process]The method of systematic literature review is used to analyze the evolution path of 219 literatures from five aspects:service organization,service target,service content,technical means and service mode.The VOSviewer is used to present a visualized knowledge map of our country’s standards information service research hotspots.[Result/Conclusion]The study found that our country’s standards information service has gone through the stages of initiation,exploration,growing,maturity and reformation.The service organization,service object,service content,technical means and service mode have all undergone profound changes which demonstrate basically the same law with the development of science and technology information industry.
