摘要
设计合成了一种基于卟啉的近红外荧光探针分子5,15-二(4-2',4'-二硝基苯磺酰氧基苯基)-10,20-二苯基卟啉(TPP-DDNBS),并将其应用于H_2S的检测。结果表明:该探针能与H_2S发生快速荧光增强响应(5~10 s),具有较好的pH适用范围、很高的选择性和优良的抗干扰能力。线性响应范围为0.81~10μmol·L^(-1)(R~2=0.9845),灵敏度0.64μmol·L^(-1)。
A near-infrared region(NIR)fluorescent probe TPP-DDNBS was constructed based on porphyrin,and applied to the detection of hydrogen sulfide.The results showed that the probe could produce rapid fluorescence enhancement response with hydrogen sulfide(5~10 s),which had a good p H range,high selectivity and excellent anti-interference ability,and its linear response range was 0.81~10μmol·L^(-1)(R^(2)=0.9845),and sensitivity was high(0.64μmol·L^(-1)).
