摘要
气孔性状是反映植物生态适应性的重要指标之一,为研究气孔性状对荒漠植物生态适应性的影响及不同植物间气孔性状的差异性,本文采用印痕法,利用数码显微镜对鄂尔多斯6种荒漠植物的气孔性状进行观察及差异显著性分析,以期为揭示鄂尔多斯荒漠植物气孔性状对荒漠环境的适应策略奠定理论基础。结果表明:(1)气孔保卫细胞肾形,叶片上表皮、下表皮均分布有气孔,气孔随机分布,气孔器多为无规则型,气孔呈椭圆形;(2)不同植物上表皮、下表皮气孔长度与宽度存在差异;(3)下表皮气孔密度不同程度的高于上表皮气孔密度;(4)气孔长度与宽度显著正相关,气孔长度、宽度与气孔密度呈显著负相关关系。荒漠植物的气孔性状是长期适应荒漠环境的结果,植物叶片可以形成不同的气孔性状来增强适应性。
Stomatal character is one of the important indicators reflecting the ecological adaptability of plants.In order to study the effects of stomata characters on the ecological adaptability of desert plants and the differences of stomata traits between different plants,the method of transparent nail polish imprinting was used,the stomatal traits of the leaves of six desert plants in Ordos were observed by using the digital microscope,and significant differences between the characters were analyzed,to provide experimental basis for revealing the adaptation strategies of the stomatal characteristics of Ordos desert plants to the desert environment.The results showed that,the guard cells belonged to the reniform,the stoma randomly distributed in the upper and lower epidermis of the leaves,and the stomatal apparatuses were mostly irregular and ellipse.There were significant differences between the stoma lengths and widths of the upper and lower epidermises of six desert plants.The stoma density in lower epidermis was higher than that in upper epidermis.The stomata length and width were significantly positively correlated,and the stomata length and width were significantly negatively correlated with the stomata density.It could be concluded that the stomatal characters of the six desert plants in Ordos were the result the long-term adaptation to the desert environment,the results indicated that the plant leaves could formed different stomatal traits to enhance the adaptability.
