摘要
提出大学教育应从以个体学习为主跃迁到团队学习模式,并阐述其重要意义,同时从管理学、教育学和心理学等多个学科的视角发掘团队学习模式的理论依据。然后指出团队学习模式应重点关注的几个关键问题,并通过实践,给出相应的对策。最后通过对比分析,发现团队学习模式对改善大学生学习过程的表现和提升最终的学习成效具有显著的作用。
A survey on the learning model of college students was conducted in order to cultivate high-quality new engineering talents more efficiently.It holds that university education should change from individual learning to team learning,and its significance is expounded subsequently.At the same time,it explores the theoretical basis of the team learning model from the perspectives of management,pedagogy,psychology and other disciplines.It also points out several key issues in keeping the team learning model fully effective,and the corresponding countermeasures are provided through practice.Finally,it is found that the team learning model plays a significant role in improving college students performance in the learning process and enhancing their final learning results through comparative analysis.
