摘要
发达国家的职业教育起步较早,在“双师型”教师队伍建设方面积累了大量经验。同时,随着我国职业教育的发展,“双师型”教师队伍建设的研究成果也日益丰富。通过梳理、总结国内外关于“双师型”教师队伍建设的相关研究成果,以期为我国“双师型”教师队伍建设提供建议。
The vocational education in developed countries started early,and has accumulated a lot of experience in the construction of"double-qualified"teaching staff.At the same time,with the development of vocational education in China,the research achievements of the construction of"double-qualified"teaching staff are also increasingly abundant.By sorting out and summarizing relevant research results on the construction of"double-qualified"teaching staff at home and abroad,we hope to provide suggestions for the construction of"double-qualified"teaching staff in our country.
