豫南稻区特种稻主要农艺性状及矿质元素含量分析 被引量:7

摘要 为筛选适宜豫南稻区综合性状表现较好的特种稻品种,选用包含有色种皮、糯性和香味等特殊性状的12个特种稻资源,测定其株高、分蘖数、穗长、结实率和千粒质量等主要农艺性状,以及钾、钙、镁、铜、锌、铁和硒等矿质元素含量。采用主成分分析法,建立豫南特种稻的综合评价模型,筛选出得分较高的品种(系)为黑糯2、河南黑粳、黑宝糯、鱼绿1号、黑香糯193和黑香糯193-2。利用测序技术对香味基因Badh2的第2和第7外显子进行测序,发现黑香糯193、黑糯2、鱼绿1号、河南黑粳和黑香糯193-2在第7外显子上有8 bp碱基缺失和3个单碱基突变,使其表现出香味。 This study is to screen special rice varieties with better comprehensive properties,and suitable to grow in Southern Henan.12 special rice varieties with colored seed coat,glutinousness and fragrance were used as the experimental materials.The main agronomic traits,such as plant height,number of tillering,panicle length,seed-setting rate and 1000-grain weight,and the content of mineral elements,such as K,Ca,Mg,Cu,Zn,Fe and Se were measured.The comprehensive evaluation model of special rice varieties in Southern Henan was established using principal component analysis.The special rice varieties with high comprehensive scores were Heinuo 2,Henanheijing,Heibaonuo,Yulü1 hao,Heixiangnuo 193 and Heixiangnuo 193-2.The sequence analysis of exon 2,7 of fragrance gene Badh2 was performed.The results showed that 8 bp deletions and 3 mutations of SNP in exon 7 of Badh2 gene were present in 5 varieties including Heixiangnuo 193,Heinuo 2,Yulü1 hao,Henanheijing and Heixiangnuo 193-2,which made them appear fragrant.
