摘要
[目的/意义]受到新冠肺炎疫情等因素的影响,传统的线下学术会议逐渐向线上模式转变,以满足特殊时期学术知识交流的需要。本文以线上学术会议的参与者为研究对象,探究其知识交流参与意愿的影响因素,相关研究有助于更好地了解科研人员对待线上学术会议模式的态度,对未来学术知识交流模式构建也能提供一些启发与思考。[方法/过程]本研究以UTAUT模型为基础,构建了包含绩效期望、努力期望、社会影响、服务质量、交流情境的线上学术会议知识交流参与意愿模型。采用问卷调查法得到379份有效问卷,并利用SPSS 24.0和AMOS 24.0对研究模型中所含的变量与假设进行了检验与分析。[结果/结论]研究结果表明,绩效期望、努力期望对线上学术会议知识交流参与意愿有显著正向影响;社会影响、服务质量对线上学术会议知识交流参与意愿的影响不显著;交流情境对线上学术会议知识交流参与意愿有显著负向影响,这源于“云端”研讨模式在人际体验等存在一定劣势,可见学术知识交流想要完成线上转变仍然存在一些困难。
[Purpose/Significance]Affected by COVID-19,traditional offline academic conferences are gradually changing to online mode to meet the needs of academic knowledge exchange in special periods.This paper takes the participants of online academic conferences as the research object,and explores the influencing factors of their willingness to participate in knowledge exchange.The relevant research helps to better understand the attitude of researchers towards the online academic conference mode,and also provides some inspiration and thinking for the construction of future academic knowledge exchange mode.[Method/Process]Based on UTAUT model,this study constructed a knowledge exchange participating-willingness model of online academic conferences including performance expectation,effort expectation,social impact,service quality and communication context.379 valid questionnaires were obtained by questionnaire survey,and the variables and hypotheses in the research model were tested and analyzed by SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0.[Result/Conclusion]The results showed that performance expectation and effort expectation had a significant positive impact on researchers'willingness to participate in the online academic conference knowledge exchange;social impact and service quality had no significant impact on the willingness to participate in online academic conference knowledge exchange;communication context had a significant negative impact on researchers'willingness to participate in the online academic conference knowledge exchange,which was due to the disadvantages of the“cloud”discussion mode in interpersonal experience,which shows that there were still some difficulties in academic knowledge exchange to complete the online transformation.
