摘要
研究双速传动系统的动力学特性,对提高直升机的机动性和经济性有着重要意义。针对直升机双速传动系统低速挡,采用集中参数法建立了五自由度动力学模型,并运用Runga-Kutta法对非线性方程进行了数值求解,研究了输入和输出两根中间连接轴的扭转刚度对齿轮副动态传递误差、动载系数以及超越离合器滑溜角的影响。结果表明,当输出轴的扭转刚度与输入轴的扭转刚度之间的比值Ω≥2.5时,可以减小齿轮副的动态传递误差和最大动载荷,减小离合器的滑溜角,提高系统灵敏度。
Studying the dynamic characteristics of two-speed transmission system is of great significance to improving the maneuverability and economy of the helicopter.For the low-speed gear of the two-speed transmission system of the helicopter,a five-degree-of-freedom dynamic model was established with the lumped parameter method,and Runga-Kutta was employed.The method was used to numerically solve the nonlinear equation,and the influence of the torsional stiffness of the input and output intermediate connecting shafts on the dynamic transmission error of the gear pair,the dynamic load coefficient and the slip angle of the overrunning clutch was studied.The results showed that when the ratio of torsional stiffness of output shaft to the one of input shaft satisfiedΩ≥2.5,the dynamic transmission error and maximum dynamic load of gear pair would be reduced;the slip angle of clutch would be reduced,and the system sensitivity would be improved.
